A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of placing any order to lock in date of event and to confirm details to your order. Please understand once I confirm your order and deposit has been made, I have locked you in for that date. Any incoming or potential orders I may have inquired for that same date would be declined - that is why your deposit is non-refundable.
If your order is placed less than 2 weeks from Date of Event, FULL PAYMENT is due at time of order.
Any Remaining balance to your order is due 24 hours prior to date of event.
If balance has not been paid prior to pickup or delivery date - order will not be released for pickup and delivery will not be made.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can fix any errors. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that I do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.
